How this site handles what you send

This page explains what Strathmore Law collects through this website, why, and what you can ask of us. It is written for people who may be taking a risk by writing, so it is plain about the limits.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive what you type: your name, your email, your phone number if you give one, and your message. Our web host keeps ordinary technical records of visits, such as the time and the browser, to run and protect the site.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for the name of a company, and we ask you not to send confidential documents through the form. This site does not sell your information or use it for advertising.

How it is used

We use what you send only to answer you and to decide whether the office can help. A message is read by the attorney, Mattias Strathmore, and by no one outside the firm unless you agree.

Keeping it safe

No website or email is perfectly secure. Please write from a personal device and a personal email address, never from anything your employer owns or can see. If you would rather not use the form, call or write by mail instead.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete what you sent, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it. Write to private@strathmorelaw.com from the address you used.
