Please do not put confidential information, documents, or the name of a company in the contact form or in an email. Say only enough for the office to understand what kind of matter it is, and wait to be asked for more.

Every case is different. Nothing on this site promises or predicts an outcome, an award or a recovery, and past results do not guarantee a future one.

Fees

Where the firm takes a matter on contingency, it receives no fee unless there is a recovery. The client may still owe case costs, such as filing fees and expert fees, and the engagement agreement says how.
